What we believe
- A plan belongs in the meetings a company already holds, not in a separate document.
- A record should say who decided what, and when. A change should add to the record, not replace it.
- The person who holds a problem should write the work on it. Status rolls up, substance stays put.
- Our access to your data should be something you can see, on your own record.
- You should know what software does not do before you pay for it.
How we built the product
We built the app in small steps with AI coding tools. A step counts as done when it passes a written, checkable test. An AI model from a different vendor audits that the test was met. The database itself enforces the rules on who can read what, with one known limit.
We also tested the method's rules in three simulations, with AI agents as the staff of fictional companies. The runs used a stand-in app, not this product. These were simulations, and they don't show what real people or real companies will do.
Where we stand
No customer has run Run Hoshin yet. We have no customer results, and we don't publish any. If you try it, you are early, and we will tell you plainly what is not built.
We haven't set early-customer terms. We offer no price lock, no named contact and no written promise about what happens if the product stops. What you have today is the export: a company admin can download the company's data at any time.
